The great-looking new gold to red housing isn't just eye candy. The narrower mouthpiece, manufactured according to modern ergonomic principles, allows the player to get a tighter lip seal for faster speed and response. The slightly higher reed offsets produce a dynamic and powerful sound with plenty of drive. You'll be playing Toots Thielemans licks in no time.
The new housing is also fully compatible with previous CX-12 models.
