How do you handle shipments?
We always do our best to manage and ship orders arriving by 12:00 a.m. the same day so that, the delivery can take place within 48/72 business hours.
If we receive an order on weekends, holidays or during a promotional period, we can not guarantee the immediate management and shipment of your purchase but we will do our best to send your items as soon as possible.
We remind you that for foreign shipments, we use TNT and FedEx express couriers, depending on the countries / areas.
Is my purchase covered by warranty?
Of course! All new and b-stock items purchased on our online store are covered by the manufacturer's legal warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase.
If you are a company with VAT and ask for an invoice, the warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Used products have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase, which is offered directly by Esse Music Store.
In any case, for safety, we strongly recommend that you keep or print a copy of the receipt of your purchase for at least 2 years.
How do you handle deliveries?
All orders shipped by Esse Music Store are insured for the total value of the goods they contain.
In the event of damage caused by the carriage, the courier will reply in person only if the receipt has been marked with the words with Reserve of control giving a motivation like perforated, wet, crushed etc.
Otherwise the courier will NOT agree with any shipping damage.
Can i return the products i have purchased?
Yes, you can return the items you purchased, exercising the right to cancel only if:
- The request is received within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods
- Original packaging and shipping packaging were kept
- The purchased item hasn't been used or damaged
- The product you purchased is NOT EXCLUDED from the right of withdrawal
