Lutherie
Our luthier is present in the store on Thursday afternoon and Sunday morning.Don't worry, if you couldn't come by those days remember, you can leave here your instrument at any time and then simply wait for a call from us once the service that you asked for is completed.
The strings change's service costs €9 (strings must be bought separately); for all the other services you just have to ask to our liuther, and he will immediately provide a preventive.
And remember… within 3 months from the purchase of a guitar from our shop, you have the right for a free checkup, take advantage of that!

Repairs
Do you have a problem with your instrument? Is the warranty no longer valid on your purchase?Bring it to us!
Our repairer will take care of examining the problem and draw up a quote for the eventual reparation.
The diagnosis costs €30, that will be deducted from the total of the repair if it is successful, or added if the preventive is refused or if the product is irreparable.
You simply have to come to the store with the instrument and leave it for the necessary time. You will be called back with the outcome of the preventive, and you can decide whether to accept or refuse the reparation.
