The beginner-friendly AE-01 joins Roland's growing Aerophone family and aims to encourage people of all ages to start making music.

Based on a recorder layout, the AE-01 and its companion app simplify the experience of learning music. It's packed with features to keep users playing; six onboard sounds (expandable to over 50 via the app), and progress-tracked interactive lessons.

Bluetooth connectivity and Bluetooth MIDI expand the AE-01 capabilities further – users can jam along to their favourite songs,and connect to a DAW to wirelessly play software instruments and record sessions.

Battery powered, a headphone jack and built-in speaker mean it can be played anywhere, anytime.
