A NEW FLAGSHIP FOR THE DTX6 SERIES
The DTX6K5-M is the new flagship of the DTX6 series, one of Yamaha's most successful electronic drum ranges.

Featuring new, larger Mesh Pads specially designed and built for this kit, the DTX6K5-M combines the DTX-PRO Drum Trigger module, complete with updated samples and functions, exclusive Kit Modifiers, and control via the DTX Touch app. This new kit is the first in the DTX6 series to use Mesh Pads.

LARGER, SPECIALLY DESIGNED PADS
The 12-inch mesh snare pad and three 10-inch mesh tom pads offer a dual-zone trigger for expressive playing, with two-ply Remo drumheads, making the DTX6K5-M the largest kit in the DTX6 range.
The DTX6K5-M model is also equipped with all 3-zone cymbal pads: two PCY135 crash pads, one PCY155 ride pad, and a RHH135 hi-hat pad on its complete hi-hat stand. The kit includes an XP120L-M snare pad, which has a 12-inch diameter and uses four sensors for two-zone detection, providing exceptional precision and accuracy. The other three tom pads are XP100L-M 10-inch pads, each with separate Head and Rim zones. All pads come with dual-ply Remo mesh heads that deliver an authentic feel with realistic rebound and minimal noise.

DTX-PRO MODULE FOR REALISTIC SOUNDS
The authenticity of any electronic drum kit is only as good as its module. Fortunately, the Yamaha DTX6K5-M features the DTX-PRO Drum Trigger module, loaded with incredibly realistic samples of acoustic and electronic kits, designed in a fresh and creative way with its updated OS version 2. All kits can be instantly customized through the three unique Kit Modifier knobs for Ambience, Comp, and Effect, achieving perfect results in no time. With the new DTX Touch app, all parameters can be quickly and conveniently adjusted via an iOS or Android phone, tablet, or Mac computer.

REC‘N‘SHARE APP
The DTX-PRO is compatible with the iOS/Android Rec'n'Share app. After uploading an audio track from your phone or device, you can add a click track, time stretch, A-B repeat, and then record a video using the track from your phone, the drum sound from the DTX, and the video from your device. You can then easily edit your video and audio directly from your stool, allowing you to capture audio or video anytime and share or upload it to social media. The Rec'n'Share app is available for free download.

DTX TOUCH APP
The DTX Touch app gives you full access to the DTX-PRO module, allowing you to edit your sounds and kits conveniently from your iOS/Android device or Mac computer. The app lets you control every parameter of the module, except for sample loading, all from your device, while providing excellent visual feedback on all changes made. The DTX Touch app is available for free download.
